FAQ's

Your donation will reach to needy students directly in their bank account.

KindCircle is backed with close to 4.5 million registered students on Buddy4Study.com. Your contribution will reach to the most deserving students selected through a multi-layered process after due verification of students. At KindCircle, we also bring you

  • Transparency in fund-usage
  • Technology-driven automated processes
  • Regular student tracking

Yes. You may temporarily pause new applications or new intakes while still continuing support for existing scholars (if funds are available). The Circle can be set to “inactive” for new cycles whenever required.

If a scholar discontinues studies or becomes ineligible, the remaining unutilised amount returns to your Circle balance. You may decide whether to:

  • Support a replacement scholar,

  • Enhance support for an existing scholar, or

  • Carry the amount forward to the next cycle.

You will receive notifications (email and WhatsApp, where enabled) whenever:

  • Verified profiles are ready for review,

  • Final scholar selection is required,

  • Renewal decisions are due, or

  • New reports and updates are published.

The role is meaningful but not time-intensive. Most Kartas spend:

  • A few hours during the first cycle (framework + profile review), and

  • 1–2 hours during key milestones in a year.

  • The Kind Circle team manages all operational work.

Yes. Eligibility criteria, preference groups, scholarship amounts, and number of seats can be revised annually. The Kind Circle team will help incorporate the changes smoothly.
