While we exercise due diligence in verifying the authenticity of student applications, donor contributions, and associated documentation, Kind Circle does not guarantee educational or career outcomes for any individual supported through the platform.

Our role is limited to scholarship program facilitation, fund disbursement, community engagement, and mentorship coordination. The use of funds and engagement with mentors or other resources remains the responsibility of the respective parties.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate participation for any individual or entity found to be engaged in fraudulent, misleading, or unethical practices. Any form of misuse, misrepresentation, or falsification of information will be subject to immediate review and may lead to actions as deemed appropriate.

By using the Kind Circle platform, all users acknowledge and agree to these terms and accept full responsibility for the accuracy of the information they provide.
